Sharon’s style as a therapist is warm, gentle and empathetic. As you allow her the privilege of walking with you, she aims to build a strong therapeutic alliance and safe space to explore thoughts, emotions and patterns together. She will utilize skills in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy in the process of illumination and healing. With experience in anxiety, depression, relationships, women’s issues, history of abuse and trauma, and faith integration, including Christian counseling, her work is primarily with adult individuals and couples.
